Ordering process was easy. I ordered the white color and was a little disappointed the piece arrived with a large wood knot right in the middle that must have oozed sap or oil during the process, because it is a very visible imperfection. I did contact the seller and she let me know that is just how the wood is. I would have preferred a different piece of wood be selected knowing my item was being painted white and it would show through.
